  • You’d like it in leather instead of denim or vice versa, or want to swap out a particular panel with a different material.

    Applicable styles: Vagues Tote 3.0, Poivre Bi-fold Wallet*, Poivre Bi-fold Wallet 2.0*, Sel Cardholder*

    *All of our SLGs (Poivre Bi-fold, Poivre 2.0, & Sel Cardholder) are made from vegetable tanned kangaroo skin, which ensures durability while maintaining their sleek profile. Due to this, the only material changes permitted are on Poivre’s external panel or Sel’s outside pocket. If you are seeking an alternative material for this external panel/pocket, we would still recommend choosing a veg tan or otherwise stiff leather of a similar thickness to the kangaroo.

  • Our existing range colours aren’t your jam, so you’d like something a bit different, whether it’s changing the colour of one pocket or panel, or the entire product.

    **Our SLG colour customisations are limited to the available colour ranges of our suppliers’ vegetable tanned kangaroo skins (and what is in-stock in the studio).

  • Would you like a zipper inserted for extra security? Or will a magnetic snap do the trick? Or maybe you like to live dangerously and would prefer there not to be a closure at all.

  • Add or subtract the pockets inside your product.

  • Want to represent our brand loud and proud? Or maybe you’d like it a bit more subtle? We offer two different logo sizes (2cm & 3cm) and three different finishes (plain emboss, silver foil emboss, or gold foil emboss).

  • Add some personalisation to your product.

    ***Due to our current equipment, monogramming is only available as plain embossing (no metallic foiling) on vegetable-tanned leather surfaces. For Vagues Tote 3.0, this may require us to make a custom, embossed patch that will be sewn onto the bag.

Pricing will vary for each product based on the chosen customised features. Please consult the below price guide for a general idea of customisation add-on fees. Some features cannot be quoted prior to an initial design consult.

process

Due to the variety of our customisation options, custom orders must be requested and approved, rather than submitted in our shop as a standard product. Our basic process is outlined below:

  • Complete your Custom Order Enquiry Form here. We will review your request and contact you to schedule a design consultation and confirm your order. Most consults will be conducted virtually for 30min - 1 hour.

  • A design consult is required to confirm your desired feature(s), their availability and feasibility, as well as any sourcing requirements. We will provide you with an approximate quote at the end of your consult*. An initial deposit will be required prior to taking next steps.

    *In some cases, quoting for material changes may not be possible until research/sourcing has been completed.

  • For some orders, there may be an extra sourcing step, which could take a few days or a few weeks, depending on what needs to be ordered in for your product. This is typically the case for material or colour change requests if we don’t have what you’re looking for in-stock. We’ll discuss this with you at your design consult.

  • We can finally make your product!

    This step includes cutting, gluing, and sewing all of the pieces of your customised product together, as well as stamping logos and monograms.

  • We’ll notify you when your piece is completed, at which time, we request any outstanding payments made in full, before we ship your special item to your nominated address. Or, if you’re a Gold Coast local, you may pick it up from our studio!
